I had a really great experience at the clinic this morning. Cynthia was incredibly warm and took the time to walk me through my skin’s needs in a thoughtful, no-pressure way. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping you understand what’s best for your skin. What stood out to me most is her philosophy. She strongly believes that the foundation of good skin is medical-grade skincare—essentially upgrading the routine you already have with the right products. She uses ZO skincare herself and only offers that line, which really speaks to how much she trusts and believes in it. I also appreciated her approach to treatments. Rather than pushing lasers, fillers, or toxins right away, she explained that those should be more of a “finishing touch” once your skin is already healthy. It felt very refreshing and honest. On top of that, she clearly values a natural aesthetic, which I personally love. Overall, it was a very informative and comfortable experience, and I left feeling confident in her guidance.
