* Memberships are subject to a 12-month commitment.
* Monthly fees are billed automatically and are exclusive of HST.
* Pricing is locked for the first 12 months of enrollment.
* Benefits, credits, and privileges are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
* Credits must be used within designated timeframes and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
* Membership discounts apply to eligible treatments and ZO® skincare only and do not apply to injection fees or hyperhidrosis treatments.
* Treatments are scheduled according to a structured quarterly roadmap to support best outcomes.
* Appointment changes require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Renewal notices are provided in advance in accordance with Ontario consumer legislation. Full programme terms, cancellation policies, and reconciliation conditions are provided at enrollment.
We reserve the right to modify membership offerings upon renewal to reflect evolving technologies, regulatory standards, and clinical advancements.
