When we schedule your appointment, we dedicate 1 hour of our professional time and attention to your treatment and aesthetic plan. This ensures you receive quality, customized care in a calm, serene environment without being “rushed.”
When a client cancels without ample notice, it disrupts the continuity of care for that patient and also for the patient who was unable to book that time slot.
Effective January 1, 2023, we are implementing a cancellation/rescheduling/no-show and late arrival policy.

We are sensitive and understanding of extenuating circumstances. There may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs, and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If this is the case, please call us at 905.599.4500, and we may be able to credit your fee towards your next appointment.
